Supriya is an experienced strategic leader in digital health, data science and technology within MedTech and biopharma industries and has expertise delivering innovative technology solutions that accelerate drug development and commercialization. Supriya received her Ph.D. from Physical Chemistry from Clemson University, SC and has done post-doctoral fellowships at University of Georgia and Mount Sinai School of Medicine in NY City. Supriya is a Medical Device expert and specializes in Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and Software in Medical Device (SiMD) and has experience building quality systems and managing regulatory submissions for Medical Device initiatives. She has a proven track record of managing AI/ML projects, delivering solutions that have been incorporated in clinical trials as digital biomarkers, patient screening tools and clinical decision support tools. Supriya has experience leading real world evidence programs that have been used to track disease progression for interventional purposes. She is skilled at leading cross functional teams and managing complex projects that require adherence to medical device standards or GxP compliance. Supriya’s past work experience has included Johnson & Johnson’s, Siemens Medical Solutions, Boston Scientific and Biogen. Supriya’s most recent experience was at the Broad Institute of MIT & Harvard as the head of Informatics & Digital Health Solutions and helped scale up infrastructure for their Genomics Platform and build genomics data pipelines.
